With respect to the Safran-supplied JAL A350 cabin, the J class seats look very much like little "Rooms" complete with wardrobe, shoe storage, accent lamp, side cabinet, etc. Although I haven't flown that seat, on appearance and from other reviews it seems to be quite good. Not as wide as The Room but same size TV screen, better storage, and good bed.

One thing that The Room lacks is a nice shoe storage drawer, which the original staggered J in the 787-8s have. JAL's A350 has shoe storage too.
