Using a mat to aid sleeping on overnight flights in premium economy

Hi

I am travelling to Delhi later in the year - this time in WT+ [premium economy] because I dont have the avios [points] for CW [business class].

No matter what cabin I am in - I am profoundly deaf and the biggest problem is getting to sleep because I feel every vibration and it prevents me from getting into a deep sleep - it is like someone is constantly trying to wake me up.

I am thinking about buying a 3/4 size inflatable camp mat to cushion my body against the seat and wondering if any other travellers on this forum use a similar method. If so, what make of camp mat do you use?

Thanks
