To be fair to the OP, these are apparently rear facing seats. As per my earlier post, I was in a rear facing Q seat and the unlocked door slid closed on take off. However, I’m still cynical about whether this could happen with any force or how a baby, who should be secured, could be trapped. Oh the drama.
In a rear facing seat you are sat by the window quite away from the door so how a baby could ever be passed across from so far away, unless you have extremely long arms is not something I am sure is realistic.
