But to be fair, the person we're replying to jumped to a totally
different conclusion - that sub fare class was the culprit! It could be possible that this fellow may actually agree with the status first approach.
I think CX may be wise to at least consider, if it's feasible (maybe not), finding a way to politely communicate this to avoid any hurt feelings. Perhaps a subtle note on the menu?
But, no matter what I feel there is no perfect way. it is just as annoying when I fly AA or UA etc. in America and they have some order to their F class meals taking/serving (front to back, back to front, even then odd, whatever), of course I have no clue what it is and am miffed when my choice is gone. So I would say there isn't like one best way anyway!
