But having a hotel room with a private bathroom is rather special for an airport lounge. And they were quite underutilized, as very few people knew about them or had need for them. SAS does not have 24/7 operations with crazy departure times like TK in IST where they have more utility and getting a rest cabin is very difficult. And I don't think they have private showers and bathrooms.
I would fly in from the US on a redeye, do my errands and whatever business, head back to the airport and nap in the rest cabins for a few hours, take a shower and then fly out to my next destination.
Other lounges might have a lie-flat in a public area (e.g. LH), which does not compare.
