If the HH is open in time, I would stay there. HH hotels have suites and upgrades usually and the newer ones have been much nicer. It's hard to say for sure, but I would almost always choose a HH over a HP. Often you will even find a better breakfast, hot food, welcome amenities as Globalists, etc.I have used SUAs at several HHs for 1 bd suites, and had lovely rooms. Obviously YMMV, but don't rule it out. That one is on my list, actually, but was not opening in time for my summer trip.
