Depends on what you want out of the card, if you have VISA PresPlus, then a product change will maintain you credit history but no signup bonus. Or just apply new for the Xplore and get a boatload of miles. Xplore ($150 annual fee after first year) has 1 free bag for cardholder and companion each. Quest ($350 but $200 UA credit) is the next step up with 2 bags waiver each.
