I'm in the same position as your Mrs. -- but I've not received the letter you describe. As a 2mm UA flyer with a lifetime club membership I'd probably consider the $150/year explorer card ($50 after a $100 rebate). It might be worth it to me for that rebate, the 25% in-flight purchase rebate (only for WiFi until Starlink) and the 10,000 RDM discount. But otherwise, I already have all the benefits and even the two lounge entries are almost completely w

rthless to me. Now I'm not looking forward to going to the mailbox...
