P1 had no problem doing 2 orders with each getting the $20 off, but P2 used one and then there was no longer a second one available to use. yes. this is a huge issue. and im surprised nobody is really talking about it. i assume its cuz pple hate IC and everything at premium so its not popular.
but i have tons of credits missing. so i have called and also emailed them. u should escalate cuz thats not how the promo works.
