Friends, if TK refuses to accept the conditions stipulated in the Montreal Convention about liability for lost luggage, actually what recourse do I have? Is TK actually expected to abide with these lost luggage conditions?
What gives the me as the Consumer and TK customer any teeth in my anticipated struggle for justice?
