Agree...not to veer into the where do you wish UA flew thread, but they also go to Caribbean land mass destinations like Cartagena, which Kirby has in his note and I think UA is only US airline that doesn't fly there. While great for the east coasters, it would be tremendous if they looked at shifting some winter east coast Caribbean capacity (between them) into Chicago nonstops that do not involve an overnight somewhere or a 5am connecting flight through Miami, Charlotte or Atlanta on AA/DL. Given this current UA leadership isn't afraid to run routes with 3-4 flights a week, even an alternating schedule of 135 to say MBJ and 247 to CTG could work for those who want a quick long-weekend getaway without committing to a full week with the Sa only nonstops they do run.
