I use Expertflyer (circa £8 a month - open to everyone!) and also SeatSpy which is also £8 a month - that's for setting alerts on Reward space that I'm after. Has worked a treat, getting both the odd F upgrade - South Africa Reward seats this New Year and also when I've had to use a Gold Priority, then alerting me for additional release for usual Reward space
