"Room FX" -- interesting and a sign that ANA is trying to better align the J product across its widebody fleet (QR, are you listening, with your new 787 order -- QSuite for 787s?).

It certainly will not be as wide as the 777 product. But it might not require taller persons to sleep diagonally....
