I can see the value of this to BA internally. But surely what matters to passengers/in BA’s public comms is what time the flight actually departs (arguably arrives) not whether it’s BAs fault or HALs fault or NATS or someone else?

I suppose this goes to a wider issue of the disconnect between BA’s comms and marketing and the actual product on many occasions.
