I'm not sure that this is the best place to post this but I am most impressed with AA. For now. We are due to fly ORD-LGA in the autumn. The cheapest J ticket was £210 each but we needed to change on route at PIT. No big deal and the saving on the non-stop was considerable. Due to re-jigging by AA we were notified that we had a 3.5 hour wait in PIT. I was offered a choice of changes in the App - and we were allowed to choose anything that we wanted. Lo and behold we could - and did choose a non-stop. What amazed me was how simple the whole procedure was - after the circus that I have had in the past with BA. I know that you are all well used to this but I was delighted.
