IMO the volume should be scaled accordingly with alcohol content. 1L at 40% ABV should mean I should be allowed to bring in 2.67L of wine at 15% ABV!
in most European countries it is like that...1 liter of spirit or 2 liter of wine/beer....but not in Thailand
