Good to hear about CX! QRPC with JAL has been such a pain. Flew F on JAL in mid-February and I just got it credited yesterday! (opened ticket in March) According to QR it takes JAL a month to confirm the request and then another 3 weeks for it to get added to my account. Thankfully I only had to follow up a couple times, but they require the ticket number which is going to make me have to take a picture of every OW boarding pass just in case I need it for claiming.
