Slightly off topic, but still bothersome: Booked a Southern/Mokulele trips through Alaska and still did not come back with the 500 minimum, although a full fare ticket (not X) and wondering what the best way is to retro-credit the full amount when not being in the US (lacking hotline support..)?

So far only found the option to claim the entire trip, since it has been credited but came short with 54 miles, I was wondering if there is a better way reaching out to them?
