Last 4 BA sectors I have taken have departed bang on time or even a few minutes early. The last 2-3 back into LHR have arrived some 10-15 minutes early and the airbridge has been there within just a few minutes of arriving at the gate......previously being early was always likely to involve a wait until the scheduled arrival time for either a stand or airbridge.

Luggage has also been on the belts within 5-10 minutes of getting to the baggage hall and carry-on has been actively policed at the gate, both at LHR and the outstation..

Only a sample size of 4 flights as have switched 70% of mine to Easyjet but hopefully a continual improvement on the way
