Currently waiting for the delayed overnight BA977 from Hannover. Credit to Hannover airport who had us all out of airside and reprocessed at the border before the original Departure time once the delay was announced.

I’m assuming tech related as looked like a late aircraft swap at Heathrow looking at Flightradar. Aircraft arrived late last night so I guess missing curfew at Heathrow and then waiting for crew hours has given us the 14 and a half hour delay.
