OK. But is there a particular reason why you're looking to book the intra-European flights separately from the TATL flights? I note that if you have (or acquire) AA miles, you can redeem them -- subject to availability, of course -- for TATL travel on AA, AY, BA, and IB, with the connecting intra-European segment included in the redemption rate. Also note that when returning from Europe via the U.K. or France, if your TATL Business Class flight is ticketed separately from your intra-European flight, you will be subject to the hefty U.K. APD or French luxury tax. You can avoid those if you have a true "connection" in those countries.
