With the changes going into effect, if I reserve a flight using my Rapid Reward Points and then cancel are the points refunded into my RR account in full with no expiration? What about the $5.60 fee per flight. Thank you.

For Basic reward travel, both points and taxes will be refunded as long as you cancel at least 10 minutes prior to flight. Otherwise, they are forfeited.
