Sounds fine to me. You'll need to go through immigration and security but as you'll all have boarding passes for the second flight and bags will be through-checked there should be enough time for this comfortably. Immigration lines have been reported in worst cases at 1 hour, transfer security is reasonably quick, and you'll need to board the DUB flight about 30 mins before departure. So you should be OK.
