thanks for the above input. So it sounds like I can at least go through security and back to the gate area after arrival rather than wait until check-in (assuming BA can issue my boarding pass or that I can get it online). Will definitely keep my boarding pass from the MCO-LGW flight and see if that means anything to BA in terms of lounge access.
