personally, IB remain a bargain to redeem relative to BA, especially on the taxes and charges front - but still - more death by thousand cuts.
Please cite a better option for earning/burning for European flyers. I don't think any program in the SA or ST alliances offer the same redemption rates and ease of use as Avios.
