The sign at the bottom of the elevators is the generic “this lounge is not selling/accepting day passes” sign - didn’t really delineate between AC vs. FL unfortunately. Guessing you could contact Club Services to see if they can clarify.
Also wouldn't shock me if they have it out full-time the first few weeks while they figure out crowd levels but may allow a few people in, especially outside the peak afternoon hours.
