I stayed at the Palladian last November (and did meetings at the Monaco on the same trip)
Thought the Palladian's location was good and it had a nice restaurant and solid rooms.
The Monaco was incredibly dated - regarding the public areas and the meeting rooms... so I might assume rooms would be the same...
