When I try entrting my SAS number to an Aireuropa ticket on the SAS app I get the following error:
"Sorry we are unable to process your request"
On the Aireuropa site I get a similar error.
is this a known problem? Any workaround?

The SAS customer service was able to add it manually (contact via e-mail)
