I’ve had a similar issue for the past several weeks and have had to call in on all occasions. Quite frustrating. Also seems that transfers that were once instant are now taking several hours to days. Never had issues transferring to BA and seeing them instantly. Took 3 days most recent time. Transferred to Emirates today and still waiting. I know chase hedges and says they can take up to one week but I’ve never had transfers to these specific partners take more than 10 minutes.
