Looks like AS is expanding the Local chef program started with Brandon Jew. Chef Brady Ishiwata Williams meals will be served on SEA to select east coast destinations. They officially have a name for the program, Chefs (tray) Table.

I don't expect to see anything out of LAX since they don't serve all the premium transcon markets there. To me HNL and possible SAN seem like candidates for program expansion. PDX is possible as well as long as the rehubbing works as expected.
