You just haven't been able to apply for one.
They offered me the same as the introductory bonus in May at renewal time. It’s still not great value compared to the overseas version unless you have a partner, and/or dependents under age 24 to take advantage of the insurance. It just tips into positive cost/benefit for me. Hoping it gets a reboot.
