Does Additional Guest Name Appear on the Invoice or Folio?
Just had a business trip. I stayed with Hyatt so I checked with Hyatt staff in multiple ways (in-person chat, email):
For Hyatt, primary guest = who is making the payment = who's (and only) name on the folio
I have seen people saying that the front desk can help edit the name on the folio, but sadly not apply to my case. They refused to do so.
