Only the 75Ss are going to be converted to 75Gs. The 75D/Hs have a different exit door configuration and thus cannot become 75Gs.
There are currently 13 active "S" B752 configured DL aircraft (all are the x-TWA aircraft). From what I have previously heard is 12 of the 13 will be moved from "S" to "G" configurations - N705TW will retire as an "S". This information was probably close to 8 months ago, so things might have changed since then - and I am not aware of any newer DL news on this.
