I have no answer to your question, but in terms of photos, videos, reviews, etc, you might consider searching for them under Singapore Airlines (SQ) - that's where these planes came from, and AC has not reconfigured them, so if you find someone who posted a review of them on SQ in, say, 2019, that should still be helpful. TAP also briefly had a few of these aircraft in this configuration, so you might also find some info that way, but SQ had way more of them and for a lot longer, so that's a better bet.
