The Scottsdale Plaza Resort (Scottsdale, Arizona) is now appearing in IHG searches as an independent hotel. Nice to have an IHG resort again in Scottsdale, even if it isn’t anywhere near as luxurious as the old IC Montelucia.

Edit:
With a bit more searching, it seems that a $42m renovation is planned, and will be rebranded as Miralina Resort and Villas in January 2026.

When searching, I also found that the HIX Scottsdale Old Town has now closed and will be rebranded as a Home2Suites in July.
