Hi all,

I have a companion voucher booking for LHR-CPT later this year in J, but am yet to book the inbound due to lack of reward seat availability.

Now considering booking one of the available reward seats from JNB back to LHR in J, I'll call up BAC to make this change to ensure the 50% avios reduction is applied to the return leg.

My question is, if I then book a completely separate internal flight with Airlink from CPT-JNB for earlier on the day of our return, is there any chance our luggage will be checked through so that we don't have to collect and re-check it in at JNB?
