Just finished up a week long stay here and It was a great value at 12k points per night. The hotel has a ton a really nice art and the rooms are well appointed. We stayed in a King deluxe with a view and it was a very nice top floor (floor 15) corner room. The free mini bar and coffee station in the lobby are a nice touch. at first glance the location is a bit far from the center of the city compared to the PH but its just a few min away by hopping on the tram (D line). It was nice to have a quiet area with little to no road noise at night compared to busier parts of the city. The roof top bar had great cocktails and was a fantastic place to see the city and watch the sun go down. I thought the prices were normal and if anything a little less than the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. I needed to extend our stay due to a cancelled flight and was able to get this done and stay in the same room first thing on a busy morning. I also got help from the staff to have them find me a pharmacy that was open on Sunday they were able to find one for me down the street and gave me instructions one how to get the staff to go to the door. It was a life saver that day getting some over the counter meds for a GI issue.

As stated by another post the Park Hyatt is in the city center and the large space in front of it does have different events. The day we arrived to Vienna we went to a regional beer festival there and had a great time. I will say it is faster to catch the trams from the Andaz then the PH so if you want to go out to other parts of the city you'll do a little less walking from the Andaz. We will most likely be going back to Vienna in the future and would have no problem staying here again.
