Just wondering if you have any record of that - I cannot find it on FT and it seems like that may have been a while ago. I'd call QR, but their agents are often about as useless as you can get when it comes to this and what they say generally doesn't do anything for your case, even if it was via a channel where their claim is in writing. I'd rather go by actual experiences as that is going to be more reliable than what an agent says here.
