UA didn’t cancel my 5/21 flight until 5/17. On the morning of 5/17, they had even assigned an aircraft to the 5/19 flight I spot-checked. And, after they canceled my flight, my return flight (which was supposed to have been tonight) still showed on the schedule. It feels like UA is making close-to-game-day decisions on when to resume. By the time they canceled my outbound, my options for making it to TLV in time for the wedding I was to attend had dwindled to where it made no sense to attempt the trip.

I ended up re-scheduling my trip for November. Hopefully conditions will be far more predictable by then, for a multitude of reasons.
