According to this article, Le Méridien is expanding in Canada with Le Méridien Pinnacle Richmond in Metro Vancouver, and will open in the lower seven floors of a 14-story building with 142 rooms; there will also be a 12-story, 351-room Element by Westin in a neighboring building. They will be located at the southeast corner of the intersection of No. 3 Road and Sea Island Way, next to Capstan Station. The building housing the Le Méridien/condos mix is due for completion in late 2025 and the Element in late spring 2026, but no opening date has been set.
