Most SkyTeam lounges have bartenders that make cocktails. This is probably one of the biggest missing elements in SK lounges. Both the bartender and the cocktails. SK needs to work on these high-school cantina setups of their lounges where everything is self-service.
Unless I'm in a F class lounge with vintage champagne and 18y+ Single Malt I'd view it as a hindrance rather than a perk to have a bartender. This setup is far from something considered universally attractive. I don't need someone else to make a Gin & Tonic.
