Despite both uploading the Airtag link and emailing it to Central Baggage Tracing, which clearly shows that the bag is in Dusseldorf, I have been contacted for the third time that my bag has been found and will be sent to me from...Dublin. In the most recent case, I was told that even though the bag that is being couriered is from Dublin and thus not my bag, they would still send it to me because it matches my name and if it's not mine, I should just refuse it? It seems like they keep looking in Dublin because that's where the flight terminated, and are ignoring the Airtag showing that it's in Dusseldorf, is there any way to escalate this? I don't think they'll find my bag at Dublin airport no matter how hard they look...
