Oh no, I usually mean either the ones that come with credit cards, or a separate policy as DELLAS mentions.
The one I was referring to in my reply was a separate policy. Over here you can buy an annual multi-trip Travel Insurance from about €65.00 to €100.00 depending on what cover you want. It's invaluable when something happens. Wouldn't leave home without it.
