JL updated their website with good news. The setup appears the same as JFK's late night flight. https://www.jal.co.jp/jp/en/inter/service/lounge/ord/

For passengers departing on JL9
* The operating hours of the Flagship Lounge will be extended until 0:30.
* The Admirals Club Lounge will close at 22:00. Guests using the Admirals Club Lounge can use the Flagship Lounge after the Admirals Club Lounge closes at 22:00.
