I was able to add all my eligible cards to Instacart and each one extended my membership by another 3 months so that means that the cards were validated. I also was under the same impression that you can get the credit for each card (and it does say that in the terms), but I tried on a separate order as well just like you did and it didn't work for me either.

i can also confirm ur findings.
i have issues w/ stacking credits per family of chase card IC+ offers. eg all UA cards. all other co-brands. all inks.
eg i can only redeem promos for 1 card in each family. additional credits do NOT show up even tho it should be credits PER CARD.
i have multiple cards in each family of IC+ offers. but i have only redeemed a total of 3 offers. 1 per family group. no other credits show up.
furthermore, i am not allowed to register more cards for IC+ extension. maxed at 6 cards. 2 per family.
i get the error:
This card type has already been used to redeem this offer. Please try a different Chase card.
anyone else?
