Has anyone managed this before? How do they accommodate families of 4?
They responded to my email. Here is the response for anyone else wondering about this:
Unfortunately, not possible to be four in that category
At our Resort, the room category able to accommodate two adults & two children is our King Garden Pool Suite, with room (king bed) and living room (sofa bed + rollaway bed).
We have only two units of this special category but The Garden Pool Suite is not available during your stay.
All other categories in the hotel, including overwater ones, are only for three people (either three adults, or two adults and one child), this is why it is not possible to select them online with two adults and two children.
Must book two Garden Bungalow Pool.
