Flights out of DTW are double catered at DFW, so no preorder. Choices were "chicken" and "salad". I chose the latter. The "chicken" was chicken parmesan. I have no idea what name you would give this salad, but the ingredients were fresh. My major complaint would be the very bland dressing. I would have killed for a couple of the oil+balsamic packets.

Very good service. Full PDBs, hot towels, properly warmed nuts, prompt delivery of drinks and meals, and proactive drink top ups.
