Suppose this makes sense in skyteam context given the lack of differentiation between lounges.
I suppose bottles etc first for wine before that gets eroded. Not that the wine is drinkable.
The Cava in the Copenhagen Gold Lounge is passable, not great but passable. The various guest gins they have had over time has introduced me to some interesting new gins. For breakfast the food difference is minimal later in the day, more of a difference. The barista made coffee in Copenhagen as well. Not sure if they have that in Stockholm.
It would be a quite noticeable cut to go to the busines lounge level all over. And also a decent cost saving for SK.
But yes, it does make sense in the overall sense of lounge structure in SkyTeam
