I'm waiting to board 112, YVR-YYZ The original departure time was 12:30, but flight has been delayed multiple times, so I sat in the lounge and waited.

The boarding time eventually landed on 13:40, with a "boarding closes" time of 13:25

The "boarding has started" message was not received ... but sometimes those get lost, so at 13:15 I left the lounge and walked to the gate

Well, there's no plane here. The plane finally got towed to the gate at 13:35 .... meaning that I left the lounge at least 20 minutes before I needed to.

Delays happen, I get it ... but if AC could be a little more on the ball in terms of announcing the predicted time, it would be really good. As it was, AC were still predicting a 13:40 departure time at 13:30, even though THE PHYSICAL PLANE WAS NOT AT THE GATE
