Similar experience with me - excellent staff all around, but at the restaurant, it was almost as if they were actively trying to be miserable; eye contact was made then they'd turn around and talk amongst one another, I'd flag someone down and they'd brush past me to serve someone else, and I was generally made to feel like a nuisance. Surely we're not the only ones to notice this or bring it to attention - there've been multiple posts in this thread alone, so between here and in-person feedback, I wonder why management hasn't done anything about it. A blight on an otherwise fantastic property.
